Polishing Photos for the Web

Free Tutorial 1PM Saturday December 6th 2014 at our Warkworth site.

One would think that most websites would have high quality photo images throughout their sites. Well… not exactly. Hence the subject of this tutorial at Warkworth site. This tutorial is devoted to putting polish on your photos for use on a website. This is even more important as full screen images are used for home and splash page designs.

Attendees will learn all the telltale signs of dirty dog images and the simple photo-editing corrections available to add professional polish to your images. We will use pro photo editors like Photoshop & Paintshop Pro but also some very good free tools, both PC and online. A free CD containing the free PC software will be available to attendees. And if interested we will also look at how to edit video files as well. The session is 2 hours so bring your photos on a laptop or memory stick and see how quickly they can be polished. Call 905-621-6966 or email us to reserve a place at our next Photo Polishing tutorial. See our contact page for a Google Map and directions to the tutorial location in Warkworth.
